Overview

Join 100,000+ other people in camping at the world’s largest Music and Performing Arts Festival.

Tips:

  • TICKETS SELL OUT FAST. Buy them from the website ASAP.
  • Bring a tent, sleeping bag, and toilet paper. If you forget anything, it’s ok. There are tons of stalls around selling anything you would need.
  • Try to arrive early – it’s almost guaranteed that you will wander around for hours looking for a spot to pitch your tent.
  • That being said, there are a lot of tents there. Try to figure out a way to make your tent stand out so you can differentiate it from the mass of other thousands of other tents.
  • Don’t bring anything you would really hate to part with. Thefts do occur.
  • Don’t camp near the toilets.

Where:

Pilton, England (about 6 miles from Glastonbury)

When:

The festival takes place during a weekend towards the end of June.  In 2008, it will take place the weekend of June 27th – June 29th.
